A wide cross section of Nevisians numbering 150 demonstrators turned out in Charlestown Friday morning to protect the unjust dismissals of workers by the CCM led NIA. The marchers dressed in black spoke to a number of issues including victimization, unemployment, tourism and health and the lack of performance by the CCM government.

March organizer, Ms Andrea Bussue said the march was a call to action to demand answers from an incompetent NIA government. Former Nevis Premier Joseph Parry and former Deputy Premier Hensley Daniel both supported the march.

Meanwhile Deputy Premier Mark Brantley said Ms. Bussue, who was working under contract did not have that contract renewed. Brantley accused Ms. Bussue of spending her time on Facebook cursing the CCM led NIA.
