The high-flying Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR) will take a four-match winning streak to St Kitts for their next Hero Caribbean Premier League (CPL) match, and captain Dwayne Bravo is keen that his side keeps taking up the challenge on the road.
The TKR will face close rivals St Kitts and Nevis Patriots at Warmer Park on Wednesday, secure in the knowledge that they already have a place in the playoff stage. But following Saturday’s comfortable seven-wicket win over the Guyana Amazon Warriors at the National Stadium in Providence, Guyana, Bravo said he wanted more from his players.
“When we come on the road we no longer in our comfort zone back home in Trinidad,” he said. “It was the first day game for us, tough conditions, but having said that, we challenged them to be hungry. Let’s see how many games we can win on the road.”
