Freedom Fm has confirmed that Superintendent of Her Majesty’s Prison, Mr. Juni “Scrape” Hodge will not return to his post following his vacation.
Two months after rumours surfaced that Hodge had been forced out from the post and his subsequent denial multiple reports Friday said he has been removed from the post.
Hodge who spoke to freedom Fm on Tuesday, confirmed that he had been advised by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of National Security, Mr Osmond Petty, on Friday that he is not to return to the prison after his vacation ended on December 7th, 2017.
He further disclosed that he was told that his relationship between himself and and other senior officers is untenable and that this was the reason given for his dismissal.
Hodge has served in the post of Superintendent of Her Majesty’s Prison for just under 2 years.
