Holder, who died in 2014, was instrumental to the birth of the region’s first ever television news exchange, Caribvision, as well as the regional television magazine, Caribscope.
He had served as CBU president and secretary general and is credited with introducing the regional Caribvision news exchange as well as the television magazine, Caribscope.
His children Dawn and Dwayne attended the induction ceremony.
Willock, who once headed Montserrat-based, Radio Antilles, was recognized for her service to the region, especially in building capacity for emergency broadcasting.
