To build or not to build the BHS on the Basseterre Valley Aquifer continues to be discussed and analyzed on social media and on other media platforms by nationals of SKN.
On Monday, Education Minister Honorable Shawn K Richards indicated to Freedom Fm that after looking at several other possible sites, the Team Unity Government had resolved to build the school at Ponds Estate on the Basseterre Valley Aquifer following up on recommendations provided by a panel of professional, local and international experts.

He further stated that townhall meetings would be put in place to get feedback from the public.
