Federal Cabinet Laud Progress in SKN After 31 Years of Independence

SKNLPCandidatesFederal cabinet members of the ruling SKNLP reflected on the progress of St. Kitts-Nevis under a Labour government after 31 years of independence. At a recent pre independence talk to schools, Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas said the country is stable, economically sound and driven by proper financial management and investments.

Minister of Health, the Hon. Marcella Liburd reflected on her areas of responsibility citing plans to upgrade the JNF information system.

Minister of Sport, Technology, and Youth the Hon. Glen Phillip, said he was fully committed to ensuring that all his ministries would work effectively to the benefit of the nation.

Meanwhile, Minister of Education and Information, Senator Nigel Carty lauded the gains made in education while pointing out the challenges faced in improving the infrastructure in all schools.
