ST. JOHN’S, Antigua, Oct 1, CMC – A court Wednesday dismissed all fraud-related charges against Attorney General Steadroy “Cutie” Benjamin after the Police Commissioner Vere Browne said there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute him.
A magistrate court in July had committed Benjamin, who was sworn in as Attorney General in June following the electoral victory of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP), to stand trial on allegations of passport fraud.
