Her Excellency attended the general assembly at the Immaculate Conception Catholic School on Monday morning. On behalf of a grateful nation she presented a plaque to Father Peter in celebration of the 129th anniversary of Catholic education.
The Governor General also presented two netballs to the school as “we continue to promote netball and encourage more young girls to play netball.” Father Peter thanked the Governor General on behalf of the school for both presentations.
