High Court Judge Justice Trevor Ward QC will hand down his decision in the election petition matter brought by Ian Patches Liburd, who contested St. Christopher One against Dr. Geoffrey Hanley.Following an appearance today, September 17th, the matter was adjourned until Friday September 25th, at which time, the court will decide whether it is permissible for the June 5th ballot boxes to be re-opened and re-examined, or if the case will be thrown out entirely.
