The Police have recovered an illegal firearm on St. Kitts. During a routine search of an abandoned building located on East Street, Newtown, St. Kitts, officers recovered one (1) Glock-19 with an extended clip containing fourteen (14) rounds of ammunition. No one has yet been held accountable for the contraband find.
The Crime Scene Unit of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) processed the scene and the items was taken into custody. An investigation is now underway and the general public will be kept appropriately updated with its developments.
