The National Carnival Committee is hereby announcing its meeting dates for the following disciplines for Sugar Mas 43:- Parade and J’ouvert Troupes to be held on Thursday 02nd October 2014 at 5:00 p.m. Bands and Sound Systems on Friday 03rd October 2014 at 5:00 p.m.
Both meetings will be held at National Carnival Secretariat located on Victoria Road, Basseterre, St. Kitts.
