Police in Nevis are investigating the shooting death of Popular Fountain Village Nevis businessman, Pableto Hanley also known as “Pabby”.
Unconfirmed reports indicate that sometime after 9 pm on Sunday, a gunshot was heard in the area of the businessman’s home in Fountain Village.
However it was not until daybreak on Easter Monday that “Pabby’s” lifeless body was discovered in his yard with what appeared to be a bullet wound to the head.
Pabby was a well liked, caring Fountain Village who operated a shop for many years.
Police investigations are ongoing. Pabby’s death takes the homicide count to 12 – 9 in St. Kitts and 3 in Nevis.
Meantime a domino game at Pinney’s Beach turned bloody with one person stabbed during a robbery. Freedom FM understands that the victim was stabbed and robbed of a gold chain in the process. The man was taken to the Alexander Hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.
