During a brief, but significant ceremony on Wednesday 17th June 2015, a new executive and board of the Business and Professional Women’s Club, St. Kitts Chapter was installed. The ceremony took place at the grounds of the new Nirvana Restaurant, the former Fairview Inn. According to the PRO for the Club, this location was selected as it was where the club was inaugurated 40 years ago.

The installation ceremony was conducted by Bessie Hironimus, Regional Co-ordinator for North America and the Caribbean, who also brought greetings from the BPW International President, Dr. Yasmin Darwich.
The ceremony was attended by the founding members and the first President of BPW St. Kitts Mrs. Pamela Wall, current and prospective members and other invited guests.
Newly Elected President, Dr. Christine Walwyn, expressed her willingness to serve and confirmed her commitment to ensuring that BPW is represented throughout the Federation. President Christine also looks forward to club’s launch of its mentoring programme.
